Beautiful North Skookum Lake is surrounded entirely by National Forest. It has a privately leased campground on the west shore. There are plumbed bathroom facilities with showers. The public launch is mainly for high profile vehicles and will only accommodate small boats. The lake holds both rainbows and brook trout. Since it is a small lake, it is ideal for canoeing and kayaking. Small boat rentals are available.
